Phenylpropanolamine (PPA)
 

I found an old bottle of PPA that I had purchased long ago when I was trying to lose weight. Expiration date: 1987. I've taken the timed release 75 mg. capsules for a few weeks and I must say, this stuff works great for curbing appetite.

It's a shame that after being on the market for 60 years, approved by the FDA, that it would be taken off the market because ONE study found it 'unsafe' for a small population. I only learned this fact the other day when I decided to buy more PPA, and realized that I was out of luck.

At least I've still got another 2 weeks worth of the old stuff that is still working for me after all these years.

So as our society grows in size, the government is protecting us from things that can help, like PPA and ephedra. :mad:

I've tried African Mango, but only once, and it didn't seem to do anything. Does anyone have any other suggestions for an appetite suppressant supplement?
