I think olive oil has the highest calories per ounce? Usually I measure olive oil, butter and sugar by the tablespoon or teaspoon, but I'm certain that beef is the lowest.

Ahhh, milk chocolate. I thought you meant the highest of the 5 listed. Cheese is one of those things that it may or may not be in the right order depending on what kind we're talking about.
