Talking Things to do the day before an event?

Hey there
I have a question for all you fitday-ers. Prom is coming up on the 24th and I have managed to go from 165 to 144 and anticipate losing another 3 or 4 pounds. My dress falls nicely and is very flattering, but I was wondering if any of you had any tips for the day of (or before) of things i should eat, avoid, exercises i should do, etc so i look my best?

Thanks a bunch !
Chloe

Congratulations!

First thing off the top of my head would be to Google "Flat Belly Diet," which was done by the nutritionist at Prevention Magazine. It has a lot of tips for food and drink to avoid so that you don't get bloated, such as soda, raw veggies, salt, etc.

If you read this post in time I would suggest not drinking water for 24 to 48 hours before your prom. This is what models and body builders do to ensure they look their leanest for competitions and shoots.

I would also suggest using bronzer to contour your nose, cheekbones, and jawline after applying your makeup. This will make you look like you've lost even more weight!

Enjoy your special day.
