236.8 -.2 from last week Ugh! I worked out harder and longer than ever and nothing happened. Started doing 2 a day cardio sessions and still only lost .2. Bummed....

3lbs down this week! 180lbs... I am praying I am in the 170's by next week! Amazing!

278, not a great week for me, we are remodeling the kitchen and I have ate out too much. Hope we are done with the kitchen tomorrow and I will be back on track.

A pound for me.Well thatís another pound from where I was this time last week, but 4 since the beginning of the week after I over indulged at the weekend, so pretty happy with that! down to 163lbs.

200 this week. Not happy that puts me up 2 instead of down. Will work harder to stay on track for next week

176 for me- down a pound. I am happy with that. My goal was to be at 175 by March 1, so I think I will make it! My last and final goal is to be at 160 by May 1st. If I do that I will have lost 185 lbs in 1 year and 4 months.
