225 from 227 last week.

236.8 -.2 from last week :( Ugh! I worked out harder and longer than ever and nothing happened. Started doing 2 a day cardio sessions and still only lost .2. Bummed....

3lbs down this week! 180lbs... I am praying I am in the 170's by next week! Amazing! :D

278, not a great week for me, we are remodeling the kitchen and I have ate out too much. Hope we are done with the kitchen tomorrow and I will be back on track.

A pound for me.Well that’s another pound from where I was this time last week, but 4 since the beginning of the week after I over indulged at the weekend, so pretty happy with that! down to 163lbs.:)

200 this week. Not happy that puts me up 2 instead of down. Will work harder to stay on track for next week:(

176 for me- down a pound. I am happy with that. My goal was to be at 175 by March 1, so I think I will make it! My last and final goal is to be at 160 by May 1st. If I do that I will have lost 185 lbs in 1 year and 4 months.

not weighing in with y'all BUT just wanted to say congrats to all of you for doing such a good job. even some with an oops in the week you are still here being accountable. great job all of you.

My weight today 252 down 4lbs. My first goal is 250 by March 6. Thanks Deanna so much for this thread.
