Hi Deanna,
Can I please be added to the roster? I usually use Mondays as a weigh-in on my own (helps me with those dreaded weekends!), but would LOVE to be included on a Friday weigh-in as well.
Weight: 209.4
And wow, I'm so inspired by everyone! <thanks!>

Deanna, you are such an inspiration to everyone! I have followed your postings this week in other forums and each one is very motivating! Your before and after shots are incredible! Great job!

OOOH, Kathie!! I don't post on the weigh-in thread but I like to jump in to see people's successes. Since I haven't seen you post much in a while I wanted to come in here to give you a virtual head-smack and tell you to get back on the horse! You are worth it and you will push through it!!
Take a little bit of a break, go on maintenance, listen to your body, whatever, but you will be successful at this!! Maybe it's just time for you to learn a big cosmic lesson about patience You have three weeks that you did not gain and are likely healthier as well. Are you measuring?
Use your frustration as energy and go have a good workout. Scream it out if you need to!
Go, girl, go!
