I weighed in at 137 this week. I'm down 1 pound from last week. With working out and eating healthy, I expected to lose more; however, I did monitor my body fat percentage and it decreased by a couple of percentage points. Don't become discouraged if you worked hard and didn't lose a lot or any weight; retaining water or building muscle may have an effect on what shows up on the scale. Keep up all of the hard work! ;)

Is it ok if I get in on this? I'm down 4 pounds from last week 242-238. All in all that makes a 12 pound loss in total.

I am down just over 2lbs from last week.I hurt my foot so iwas kinda hard to really do what I wanted to do but at least I lost something.:D

Sorry for the late weigh in. I just got off work. Weighed in at 261 this morning. I'm down 2 pounds for the week, but I've lost 9 pounds since I've started my diet. Yay!

Weighed in at 152.5. it's been a ruff couple of weeks with traveling for business but with just a two day trip this week I hope to get back to my exercise routine and actually start dropping some of this! Good luck everyone!!!

Hi everyone. Next week is our last weigh in for this round. I will post for our final weigh in and then post another thread for anyone new or anyone who wants to continue with the next 6 week round.
I will try to get the results posted late tonight for this week. If I don't get it done tonight - it probably won't be until Sunday. My sons Boy Scout chili supper is tomorrow and I have to cook from 8 tomorrow morning until 8 tomorrow night and it will be a LONG day! To anyone who hasn't weighed in yet- get with it! :) Deanna PS- Gnattylove- if you read the thread "I lost 160lbs" under the "Success Stories" forum it kind of outlines what I have been doing in post #24. I haven't lost 185lbs YET. I have lost 169. I want to weigh 160 by May 1st and when (not if :)) I do- I will have lost 185. |
