First time on here..19yrs old 6ft3 276 and going for 256 by July 31st. Im coming back on here about twice a week. Hopefully it works

Weight 250.9 lbs.
17 day diet = dead. Lost ten pounds but the diet is extreme. Cannot live on chicken, veggies and yogurt for long.

Looks like 20 off by July 31st is pretty much in the bag for me. Now, how's everyone else (OP included) doing?
