I've been photographing myself everyday so I can make a time-lapse video of my weight loss journey. The ones that I find online of others are such an inspiration.
And let me tell you...seeing myself everyday in a photo is better than any appetite suppressant lol. It really is a rude awakening.
It is helping me focus and keep on track with my diet and exercise regimen. I do it first thing every morning so I don't forget.
It also helps to see the progress, even if slight.
