I can't agree more. I love fit day. I have been on the website for a year and a half, I have lost 50 pounds and I'm in maintenance. Whenever the scale moves up 5 pounds I start journalling again to get back on track. It's so motiviating to see it all written in front of you and I really do credit this website for my weight loss.

I love FitDay! I've used it some in the past, but this time I've really stuck to using the tools more. And journaling online is really nice! This is the first time I've ever perused the forums, and they are so inspiring. There are so many that are doing a really great job at losing or maintaining their weight. For the first time in a very long time, I'm thinking: I can do this, I really can. And I'm so grateful the FitDay (and it's community) is their to help.
