Big day for me, I hit my goal weight I set last March.
Last week 2/5: 165.2
This week 2/12: 160.8
4.4 lb. loss....WooHoo!!
I would like to thank FitDay for keeping things in perspective,
I would like to thank Anytime Fitness gym for being just right around the corner to me.
And I would like to thank my Ipod for having the music to keep me pumped and going the extra distance.
But seriously tho, looking back a year ago, I was drunk,fat and stupid and my doctor
was the catalyst to get me to change my life. I feel a million times better!!
So,If you're struggling and can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, just keep doing it, you will get there!
