I am 5'7", 43 yo female. Started 1/1/09 (a year ago) at 213. Wanted to lose 50 lbs last year but ALSO wanted to be smart and find a WAY OF LIFE. I started 1/1/10 at 181 so 32 lbs lost. So now, I'm going for another 30 lbs this year and then maintenance. I have to say, some times are harder than others (like TOM) but holidays were a success and I didn't gain anything. AND, I have finally found a way to live a healthy, and enjoyable lifestyle that I believe can be easily maintained. That's the key for me...

I'm Ro and I am 32 years old. Last night I weighed in at 198lb and I am aiming for around 145lb by Aug 31st. That 55lbs (or there abouts). However I've not weighed 145lb my entire adult life so may stop sooner if I am happy with how I look. The bottom line is I am going to fit into 32" jeans and wear tight women's tops again!

I currently weigh 194 lb, I started on Boxing day at 198, and I reeeeally hope to be at 174 lb at some point in the next 6 months Oh, but I lost like 4 lb within a week of starting my low GI diet, and in the last 2 weeks I haven't lost anything Please let it be because I'm pms-ing!

51 pounds . 2.36 a week. apparently this is not completely safe, however, as we all know, the 1st 10lbs of water will drop in a week, the next 20 will go in a couple weeks and then the fight will begin..or it does for me anyhow. I'm 5'8" and weigh in at 216lbs. My BMI is not something I can go by, as I am a volunteer firefighter, have done labor intensive jobs for 20yrs..and in no way could I ever be 145lbs. MY RIBS STICK OUT AT 150, and my cheeks are sunken! The muscle I've maintained is just covered over a bit..LOL

I'm a 28 yr old female. I currently weigh 130 kilo's after my pregnancy 5 months ago; along with 8 solid years of poor diet and lack of exercise. I aim to get down to 80 kilos by the end of the year....
