Me and my Goal...
Well, I just found these forums so this is great!
I am currently 246 (just gained 2 lbs cause of my taco bell binge) I'm working my butt off to lose it!
I want to be at 150-160 eventually, but it will be a long road I think... I'm doing better than I ever have on any other "diet", plan, etc. I get very few cravings now, and most of my issues happen when I'm stressed.
Good luck all!

Good luck - you'll definitely feel healthier for it. I'm in the shorter, older female bracket too but my goal is much lower... it's still really difficult to shift half a stone though.

29 Yrs Old, 6'3" and my last weigh at the Dr's office was 422 back in November. My goal is to get to around 200 since that's the upper end of healthy for me. Anything beyond that is just, pardon the pun, icing on the cake.
AFAIK, 422 is my highest. My main reasons behind this are just being tired of always being the big guy, and I want to be able to fit into somewhat normal clothes for my wedding middle of next year. I don't need to be 200 then, but a lot less than I have now would be a benefit! I have an active membership at the Y, and I go 3 times a week for about 30-45 minutes each (walking, stationary bike, and a little bit of light swimming).

Hi! I'm Sarah, 20 years old, and I started a couple of weeks ago at 250 pounds. Now I'm at 242 and my goal is to be 150 by next valentine's day, and if I don't look to weird skinny- 130 by my brother's wedding next May. Three years ago I went from 230 to 195, but gained it all back and then some.
Fitday has really been a God send and this time I'm making sure to talk openly about my weight loss so everybody will hold me accountable.

Update
Hi all,
This is an update. Started Jan 8 at 208 (After my original post saying I was 205, got home and discovered I was heavier that I thought... oops).
I am currently 193.6. Lost approx. 2.6 lbs/week and on my way to the 170 goal by the end of May!
I have not followed any specific diet, just cut down on portions, almost eliminated drinking beer and tried to do at least 3 moderate and 1 intense workout per week, treadmill and endurance/club ride cycling.
Good luck and determination to everyone!

I am a 48 yo, 5'2" female. I know I am overweight, however, I am more concerned with what clothes size I fit in rather than what the scale says. Currently, I am wearing a 14 (which really should be a 16, but I'm refusing to go there). My goal is to be in single digits by my birthday, August 11th.
That is going to mean about 50 lbs or so. But like I said, I'm going to watch my clothes size more than my weight.
