5'6 middle age female. Current weight is 223 and would like to be under 200 by the 4th of July. So that 23 pound lost.
Then when that goal is meant. I need to set anther one...

Breaking goals down into steps is a good idea. I think if I can get through the next 15 pounds, I'll be happy. It will take as long as it takes...

My oldest daughter is getting married and I would like to look good for the wedding.

Starting weight: 252lbs
Current weight: 209lbs
Goal weight: 165
Pounds left to loss: 44
Goal date: 11/01/2017
