what can I do if I'm full and havn't reached my total calories for the day?

I have this problem on a daily basis. I usually try to drink 1-2 glasses of milk to make up for the low calories. It might not be the best for everyone, but it works for me because I have been steadily losing 2-2.5 a week.

Take a look at your nutrition for the day, and see where you might be low. You may find a trend of something you are missing, and you could take something out of your diet and replace it with something you are missing....maybe a higher calorie version of it.

You should try to go for the balanced diet chart and see carefully that what is missing in your food habit. Taking proper intake of food is ideal and necessary for good health.

consume more calorie dense foods.
