What women should never do (but often do) while trying to get in shape
I don't think anyone can say it as simply and as powerfully as Juliet Deane:
What Women Should Never do (but often do) While Trying to Get in Shape; Part 1 of 6

Thanks, I'm actually one who thought to lose weight, you gotta do cardio.
Weight lifting is to build bulky muscle. etc.
I'm gunna start lifting some heavy cans of food and stuff, since I don't actually have any weight right now. Also didn't know how many calories muscle burns. Awesome.

newbie!
I'm a newbie to working out and I've done circuit training as my weight training. so in-between machines (only 45 seconds-1 minute per machine), I do jumping jacks or run in place! It mixes things up, is fun, and is a work out. =D
