1) Looking forward to having more confidence
2) Looking forward to having more energy

My goal is to go into my 5th decade of life healthy and see my 6th, 7th and maybe 8th decade. I'm down 55# from my heaviest weight and down 40#since mid November 2009, I already feel better, looks and great fitting clothes are just a bonus. My goal is 240 by my 50th birthday, 11/1/2010.

Some of the comments make me sad, others put a smile on my face. I used to weight 269lbs & now weigh between 135-140lbs & have been at this weight for close to 4 years now.
I remember how all I used to want was to be able to put on a pair on jeans & look good in them. I've reached that goal, for the most part, but I lost the weight in a really unhealthy way. Now my goal is to focus on eating & living a healthy lifestyle, and to try to loose those last 10 lbs... :)

Okay, mine are:

1) I'm looking forward to having more energy from giving my body what it needs

2) Having a toned, lean body

3) Going on holidays & wearing a bikini to the beach, and being able to pull it off! *yay*
