140.5 this week. Down 1.5 pounds. I'll take it!
Everyone is doing great! Just take it one pound at a time. I've had a lot of weeks where I plateau or even gain and then it goes way down a week later. Just hang in there

No loss for me this week. But I did stay the same, at 244lb, so that is better than gaining. Been on FitDay for an entire month now. I notice a big difference in the way I feel. I feel better, healthier, and have more energy. I have made some big changes in my eating habits which I am proud of. I am behind on my scheduled 2 lb/week goal. But will carry on and push myself to succeed...hoping to report a good sized loss next Friday!

So far we have lost 36lbs and there are a ton of people who have not reported in yet so maybe we will beat last weeks 50lbs! There are also a handful of people who did not weigh in last week. If you did not weigh in last week and don't weigh in this week either, I will be removing you from the list.

sorry i am so late posting everyone...started a new job and its been a little crazy this week well, weighed in at 187 which means i gained, but just need to buckle down and adjust to my new schedule!!! Anyways, congrats to everyone who lost weight and to those of you who didnt (including myself) we will do better next week!!!!
