Default The fat needs the water to exit the body

Good for you for realizing you need that water. The more you "go" the more it goes, so good luck and congrats on your success. One day at a time.

I have a supersize water bottle that measures 32oz. I try and fill / consume three times a day. It helps and don't have to "think".....just drink.

hi,
congrats that you lose 1cm.but if take this serious then one thing i suggest you that water is most important for our body. The total amount of water in a man of average weight (70 kilograms) is approximately 40 liters, averaging 57 percent of his total body weight. In a newborn infant, this may be as high as 75 percent of the body weight, but it progressively decreases from birth to old age, most of the decrease occurring during the first 10 years of life. Also, obesity decreases the percentage of water in the body, sometimes to as low as 45 percent. so next time don't stop drinking water. it also help to SPAMyou mention.
