Truth be told frequently I have force myself to get that workout started, but after it's done I always feel great and compelled to behave myself calorie-wise for the rest of the day. So my advice to you is to start the day with a solid workout, best to get it done before your mind is fully engaged and talks you out of it. The other thing I would suggest is to go out and buy a single piece of clothing that you really like, only buy it a size too small. So you have a tangible reward to work toward. Also it never hurts to go through the cupboards and toss out any junk or trigger foods. And I would also recommend getting rid of any clothing that is the least bit baggy. Clothing that is too big provides a fall back wardrobe, making it okay to gain a size or two back. Fat clothes are passive-aggressive diet destroyers, IMHO. Now get off your computer and get to it!!!
