My weight this morning is 258. It's good to be in new #'s as long as they are lower. I too thought about this thread all week, it's been a great help.
Way to go all, good job, even if the #'s didn't move much or if they went in the wrong direction, you're still posting , so that's great .Don't give up keep logging your food , & working out, & #'s will change. Here's to better health for all.

I'm a bit late but I would love to join! I started in Nov. at 153 lbs. Today my weight is 142. My ultimate goal is 125 (I'm only 5'1).
Everyone is doing great so far, it's really inspiring. Can't wait for next Fri.
