Hi deanna,
I am at 161 lbs, started at 162. I know I slipped this week with eating, and I have to be accountable to the scale, you guys, and myself. This is a new week and I know the next weigh-in will be better. No looking BACK- Just FORWARD!!!

For simplicities sake, I rounded up to the nearest pound lost or gained. We lost a total of FIFTY POUNDS this week!! Way to go everyone. Awesome job!

No problem! I couldn't get it to line up perfectly. I have it all in a spreadsheet but it won't copy and paste right on here so I did the best I could Maybe next week I will scan it and post a link to it!

Thank you so much for your efforts!! It is awesome being able to see how everyone did like that!! Love it!!

Now I would like to know what the people who lost 6 pounds in one week did last week!!! 8)

Could I join for next week? I'm starting today at 168 (down 1 lb from last week). My goal is to get to 135 by August.
