*Edited my last post instead of adding another one since it was only 2 days ago. Got sick of minimal losss and upped the intensity of my workouts......seems to have kick started everything again

Lost 10 this week, but I am 4 weeks PP so it's probably mostly water weight from the pregnancy. Still, I'm very happy it's gone! One more lb and I am in the normal weight range!

To determine percent lost: just start with your original weight (134.7 in my case) and divide by current weight (131 in my case. You'll get a number which is 1.0=something. Ignore the 1 and move the decimal point - and you'll get your percent lost!

For instance, if you started at 200 and were now at 180, we would agree that you lost 10%, but that formula would say you lost 11%. To determine the percentage of your starting weight you've lost, take the number of pounds lost and divide it by your starting weight then move the decimal two places for the percentage. So in the same example 200-180=20; 20/200=.10=10%

For instance, if you started at 200 and were now at 180, we would agree that you lost 10%, but that formula would say you lost 11%. To determine the percentage of your starting weight you've lost, take the number of pounds lost and divide it by your starting weight then move the decimal two places for the percentage.
