Hi,
I'm new to here so Hi everyone
I'm doing juices, low carb and more exercise - at the moment just walking more each day, want to start swimming again and a work out dvd at home.
I've loved reading all your stories.

Current weight 301. Size of jeans ( British size) 26
Current goal - to lose as much weight as possible for a wedding I'm attending in September.
Ultimate weight goal - 150lbs.

Default Leaving on a trip...

I have lost 55 pounds in the last eleven weeks (300 to 245). I am heading to camp with my kids' cross country team. It's eleven days and they work at a carnival at night where they get coupons for free food. The food is typical carnival fair and not healthy at all--these kids are in great shape because they run 40 to 50 miles a week (and they're fast), so even though they eat like this there's not a girl there who weighs over 110 and not a boy over 135.

So with everybody eating junk this trip ends up being my diet downfall every year. Not this year. I just bought $150 worth of healthy food to take with me and I am going to run every morning and stay under 2000 calories every day. I will let you know if I succeeded when I get back. I would love to step on the scales and see something under 240.

Wish me luck.

yep, i went on business trip earlier this year at a casino with preplanned prepaid meals.....after eating i walked the casino several times to burn calories, and tried to choose what and the amount i ate wisely..it can be done and your plan is going to help you out tremendously

I have a question for people.

Can you lose weight without counting cal. just by exercising and eating healthier?? Or do you need to count cal. to lose weight?? Because I'm not always near my computer to put things in and I tend to forget things that I have eaten. Also I just don't know how much I've eaten of things most of the time.

Feedback would be great.
Thanks

LOVE ALL,
Kaitlyn

i sometimes write it down and log it later, or just go by memory....i'm sure just eating healthier and exercising will work, but for me, i have to log to keep my accountable
