I am beyond happy right now! For at least a month, I could not log food & exercise from work and I rarely get on from home except for about a half hour in the morning and I have been using that time to read some posts and maybe comment on one or two. But I tried it today and voila!!! I can key in foods & activities and post on the forums too!! I can't go back and do what I missed but I did yesterday and today. I thought I was doing pretty well without tracking but I have to admit, I was only losing bits here & there.

GREAT JOB! It is nice to see something positive based on hard work. My short term goal is to get the scale to read with ANY number that does not begin with three! I am 16 pounds away!
Oh Warren, I was where you are not all that long ago. Then I got down to 302 and stayed there for like THREE WEEKS!! I was like, seriously! You have to be kidding!! Then it dropped to 297!! Woohoo I was so happy! You will do it too.

Dude, that's great! The "Twos" are pretty good--I was pretty psyched to see the "Threes" but the "Twos" are def. better. Keep up the great work!

Just a quick update here. I woke up and weighed myself this morning, and had lost 2 pounds since my last weigh in. That puts me at 302. So close to the 200s... it feels like it's taking forever! On the plus side, my BMI is now officially under 40 for the first time in years.
I can't wait to hit the 200s. Which hopefully will happen anytime in the next few days. So stay tuned.

Klotter - I am right there with you! I stepped on the scale for the first time in 2 years and I almost fell over - I was guessing my self at around 330 and I saw a whopping 365! I would like to lose 200 pounds by my 44th birthday which is February, 2013.
My mind has finally made the shift it needed to. My mother is very heavy and very ill - she acts 94 when she is only 64 - I have decided that is NOT my future!!!!

Yaaa I feel great I have reached my first big goal. I reached 199lb last weekend. My percentage of wieght loss is 25% and I feel great.
I have strived for this for years, I cannot remember this weight on my way up the scale because I never weighed myself but I think the last time I was this weight was early to mid twenty's.
I am turning 40 this summer and I want to be fit and 40 NOT fat and 40.
I love reading everyones accomplishments, I may not post much but I want you to know that you all motivate me and I am glad this thread is here.
LaujLauj - Woooohooo!!! Congratulations!!! That is AWESOME! You are going to be 40 and Fabulous! What a wonderful birthday gift to give yourself!
