I work in an office 8-10 hours a day and I'm seated throughout the day, I'm too lazy to workout what can I do. I saw this spanish Costa Rican recepies site that I think might help

Well you can start with seated exercises which will help you stretch your body.
You can also do some quick exercises which will help you relax

I prefer to weigh in on Saturday mornings, but to each his/her own!

Here's the highlights of my history so far:

May 4th 400++ lbs. (my scale's limit is 400 lbs--wearing Levis size 60!)
June 19 393 lbs.
July 31 370 lbs.
Aug 21 356 lbs.
Sept 26 339 lbs.
Oct 30 329 lbs.
Nov 25 311 lbs. (Wearing Levis size 46 :-)

This is a great place to support one another--with all due respect to everyone else here (and I appreciate all of you), only those who have walked (painfully) in our shoes can fully understand the challenges of having 100, 200 or more pounds to lose.

Regards,
Michael

Way to go!!

Restarting - Motivation

Hi y'all - restarting again! Would love to post here on a regular basis to help with motivation.

HW: 400+
LW (lowest): 235 last June 2016
RESTART: June 28, 2017
CW: 297
GW (goal): 150

Would love to be 150 by December 2017 because I'm going to a special event, but I know that's unrealistic - I can get as close as I can. I'm doing LCHF again (which is how I lost the weight in the first place) and I tend to lose quickly upon restart so I might be in range depending. But this time will be sticking to it for life. I realized it needs to be a life change for me. Of course, hoping to add in carbs occasionally once I reach goal but 90% of my diet will always need to be LCHF.

Looking forward to hearing about your progress!

That's quite motivating to start with my weight loss journey. I can't imagine even losing 20 pounds and you guys have lost more than 100 lbs.
