HI I'm new here, I hope it's not too late to join the weighins- which I think is a wonderful idea. my last weight was 161 on wednesday 1/20. will change my weigh-in days to fridays! Just started with program- starting weight was 162. have been doing weight training & cardio all week, so I suspect I won't be losing very quickly.
