Talking Good Morning!!

Good Morning everyone! It's 5:30 am here in Kentucky....weighed in this morning, 185!!! I know its just 2 lbs this week, but its a good loss...I kinda slipped a little yesterday...I ate 2 slices of pizza! They put me up to 1845 cals...But I don't worry about the slips though. My goal for today is 1300-1400 calories!! I hope everyone out there has a great day!!! Happy Weigh In!!!

Morning! My weigh in is a bit disappointing because it says I lost only 1 lb. I hate sweating on the tready and doing strength training with little results. However, I will say I feel sexier and received 5 compliments yesterday, which always makes a girl feel good. Hopefully, my offical weigh in at Jenny Craig tomorrow morning will be at least 1.8 lbs, which means I'm still on track to reaching my 160 goal weight by 8/20/10. I also decided to update my ticker with my original weight of 256 lbs back on 2/10/09 when I started my weight loss journey. Half way there is a really good thing. Thanks, Regina

Good Morning all! Weigh in today 207!!!! 3.5LBS down!!!! WHOOOO HOOOOO!!! I guess the hard workouts are paying off! I find that I am benefiting in alot more ways than just weightloss with this eating healthy and exercising. More energy, better moods and best of all NO cigarette cravings, no one craving for a smoke this week at all!! I bought a total gym on wed so I am doing cardio on my gazelle and/or walking with strengthening with the total gym. Even my 3 teens are working out! One of my best friends lives across the street and I even got her to walk 3 miles with me this week.

Krystaladkins 2LBS is awesome! and don't worry about the slips as long as you get right back on. We all deserve a treat now and then. rrrucke you are doing great, I feel your pain when you say you hate all that sweating on the tready only to see a 1 lb loss for the week but I'll take a pound all day as opposed to a gain!!!! Keep up the good work, your half way to your goal, awesome, can't wait til I can say that!

I lost 2.5 lbs! So, my weight is now 211. I still have a long way to go but hey, it's worth it. Guys, just remember... Don't give up. Every pound is one pound less then what you had before.

Hello everyone!! I am happy to say I am down to 226.5 this morning and that was immediately after my work out so it may be even less. Either way I am shooting for 1 pound a week so this is phenominal!!!

Been running like crazy and have been restricting but not to the point of starving so I feel wonderful!

Disappointingly no change - still 166lbs. however, it is "that time" and I normally put on a minimum of 2 lbs each month, so trying not to get too down....Have also upped the weight training. Better lose some next week! A big well done to everyone who's lost. You rock!!
