started last year @ 263 ..got off track for awhile..now I am at 238..just trying to get back into the swing of things :-) a weekly weigh in would sure help
I started at 205 and am now at 193. The weight came off fast at first, and is now a little slower. It will be nice to be held accountable for my weight. Please add me as well, 193 on last Friday. Thanks!
