One Year Update
Amazingly enough I've been a member for a year and never even realised there was a forum:eek:
Any way I started my weightloss adventure a year a go and thanks to fitday and a couple of fitness forums and a lot of hard work have managed to lose 150lbs. I started at 442lbs and didn't even know where to start but I heard about fitday and it was so beneficial to me starting out you just wouldn't believe. So I am at 292lbs as of now and still losing, I have a long term goal of 220lbs but want to get to 250 in the short term. I didn't really know what to write but if anyone has questions or whatever feel free to ask. :) Stats 20 Jan 2009 Weight: 442lbs Height: 6ft 3in Age: 32 Jan 20th 2010 Weight: 292 lbs Height: 6ft 3 in Age: 33 |

Absolutely wonderful job! I know how good you feel with your accomplishment. I have lost a similar amount- 160lbs in a year.
I am also curious how you did it. Mine was/is a strict counting of calories and fat. Deanna |
