I have an web based spreadsheet that I use as a supplement to fitday. Since I have a BIA scale that weighs body fat, hydration and other data, I use it to get a much better picture of how my body's composition is changing. I also put a calculator in there for homemade dishes, and a calculator for not just reaching a goal weight, but also a goal fat level and weight.
It also allows you to do cut and bulk cycles and helps give you feedback from week to week. There's a few things that have to be explained in understanding how to use the spreadsheet, but I thought I would post a link here just in case someone found it helpful:
