Vinegar with the mother in it!
 

I'm telling y'all this stuff works. Family loves it. We put on salads everything. My body is shrinking as I post! Try it.

Were do you find it? Can I buy it at a regular store?

I found it at Earth Fare. Whole Foods should have it. Krogers probably does. It is Bragg Organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. Which means it not full of chemicals, etc. A couple of tbs is enough. I have only been on it about 5 days and see inches lost....... Some folks mix with 2 oz apple juice n 2 oz grape juice - called Jogging in a Jug. I prefer straight or on salads. Cost under 5 for a big bottle.

Can't really explain it but guess it means always pure vinegar not processed stuff. The bottle has sediment in it. It's pure! I can't figure your weight out - kgs ??? Good luck.

So do you just drink it if you want? Is there directions on the bottle?

Whatever you want. I just drink it straight in am probably about 2 tbs. And put on salads or advacodas. Can put in juice or water.

I tried it a long time ago and it didn't work.
HOWEVER< I know someone who is doing this and I have seen the inches just fall off of her. She is also losing a little weight. She actually is losing more inches than weight....she looks smaller than she weighs now.
I'm going to put it on my salad...and try again.
