personaly I'm trying to drink about 50 oz of water. And I'm having a lot of cravings but i'm doing good with those too. When I get up in the morning I always drink my coffee but i'm trying to cut it down from a hole pot of coffee to 2 cups of coffee which I'm doing good on it. I'm getting a lot of head aches but doing good on it. Hell I went to the store last night to get good stuff to eat... does any one know a good source of fiber???? I REALLY NEED SOME!!!

Salad or any type of veggie is a great source of fiber!
I also bought this supplement @ walgreens, 2 tabs have 16% of the recommended daily intake of fibers (all soluble):

We do weigh-ins on Monday (to keep us on track during the weekend!) and we plan on achieving (or be close) to our goal in March 2011.
What's your diet plan if you have already decided one?

Hi there,
Just started using FitDay to keep track of my fitness goals and would like to join this group too.
Started: 08/30/2010
Height: 5' 5"
Starting weight: 151 lb
Current : 145 lb
Lb lost: 6
Goal #1: 135 lb by 11/17/2010
Lb left: 10
Goal #2: 130 by 1/1/2011
My main goal really is that by March, I am still at the weight I want to be at New Years. I have always played sports my entire life so I am not nor do I want to be less than 130 really. But having my first baby this past year when I was my heaviest ever is not something I want to repeat for the next time around.

Hello, i'd like to join in too. i'm really close to my first goal which was 125 lb, only about 3.4 more lbs to go, but have adjusted it and changed it to 120 lb. based on this new goal, i still got some more lbs to loose and at this level, the weight is too stuborn to come off. i'm trying to give myself time and don't get frustrated with this slow progress and i guess i need the motivation.
