Help with BMR and Calorie Intake Pls

BMR + Exercise Activity calories = Calories Burned
I don't know what your are doing for cardio but 40 minutes of:
Calisthentics = 181 calories,
Walking 3.0mph = 170 calories
So for you 1288.6(BMR) + 170(apprx activity) = 1458.6 calories burned
If you are aiming for a 300 calorie deficit you can eat 1158.6 calories.
(1288.6 + 170 - 1158.6 = 300)
Use the Fitday Activities tab to help you with your activity calories.

p.may, can you share your height and weight? I'm still not convinced you're looking at all the calories you burn with your lifestyle.
If not, you can find all the info you need in your fitday if you go to "weight goal" and then at the bottom you go to "calorie restriction" and "calorie balance". It actually does all the calculations for you =D
Whenever dieting I always take a multivitamin supplement,in my case I am always short in vit A, D and calcium. I would suggest you do the same if you eat only 900 cal.

RPMCDUFF: For cardio I do the Power 90 video on the 10-minute trainer video. I guess it's really a mixture of cardio, yoga, lunges?
Vsabino: I'm female, 5'0 and 110lbs, I have small bones so the 110 is mostly fat (think Snookie from Jersey Shore) I'll look into a multivitamin, have any suggestions?
