Are fast foods listed in Fit Day?
Or do I have to enter them manually? I can't seem to get the hang of customizing a food!
OMG! Fast food! Why are you eating fast food. DO you know how much calories and fat is in fast food. Sometimes you can search certain foods but a lot of times I enter it manually. I would google the calorie content. For instance, if you had a whopper Jr at Burger King then just google "calories in a whopper Jr at Burger King" which is by the way:

Personally, if you are losing weight, then fast food is not the answer. fast food is highly processed and fatty foods!
Don't put this stuff in your body. You are worth more than that!
