As a follow-up to the other thread where you can say how much you plan to lose, log here how much you have lost!
I'm a man, 5'10", and I've lost 12 pounds in the last 17 days. I know that's faster than I should be losing it, but anyway, the fat is going!! I'm just paying attention to what I'm eating, counting calories, and exercising daily, about one hour per day.
Before, I've tried Atkins, and lost weight, but gained it back. Now, I am making good food choices eating normal foods, including more fruits and vegetables, and losing weight!
Who else has lost weight, and if so, how much? Don't compare yourself to anyone else who may have lost more or less, as each person and each situation is different. This is a place to come and mark your accomplishment, big or small!

When I started two years ago, I lost 30 pounds, which was over my goal. I kept most of it off for a year and a half, but over the past 6 months have been slacking off, and have gained 12 back. So a net of 18 pounds. I'd like to take off about 8 of what I gained back.
I started using FitDay at the beginning of June '09 when I weighed 335 pounds. Today, I weigh 239 pounds. I've lost 96 pounds in a bit over seven months.

I lost another 4 lbs weighing in at 165 this week bringing my total to 159. I follow FatWars by Brad King and have lately started to learn how to cross country ski. What a work out!!!
I record everything on FitDay no matter how "trivial", when its all there in black and white there's no excuses.

Wow! You guys are awesome! Since I started paying attention to my body (about 2 years or so ago) I've lost somewhere around 30 pounds. I have 10 left to go and it is HARD!
Hey Everyone!!!! I just started this biggest loser competion last week with 23 other friends of mine last week. We all put in 100$ and the first place winner takes all!!!! So I just started on the second week of a 12 week contest and have dropped 10lbs. I'm looking for another 4 in week 2 wish me luck!!!
