Did you intend on starting a new post with the same name ?
Thought the intent was just to respond to the original started on
Sept 23 rd ?

yes well always start a new thread every friday, and the person who starts just copies the last chart from the last thread

Hey, y'all! Yunalee, congrats on the loss, sticking to it, and eating mindfully. That's what's up! Maybe there's something in the air; I lost about a pound for the first time in... roughly a month, holy moly. Woot!

I'd like to join the Friday weigh in. I'm back to Fit day and trying to focus on a healthy, sustainable weight loss. I think it will help to be accountable to someone other than just me & the scale!

Hey guys. I wish I had a better number to report, I only lost 0.2 pounds
grrrrr!
I've had other bad weeks, but usually I know when its gonna happen because I know that I was bad/cheating that week. But not this time, that's what makes it so frustrating!
in this case the frustration is making me want to eat everything in sight
Hopefully I can push thru and next week will be better. This site is definitely a help to me! Thanks guys!

Between traveling, birthday dinners and being sick, I'm up 4 pounds today to 113.4 from my low of 109.4 on Sept 19th. I've been trying to get back on track but keep giving up midday and eating everything I can get my hands on. It's so hard to put a stop to the bad eating habits once they come back. I know from past experience that I can easily gain 10 pounds in a month when I stop tracking. I'm disappointed that my natural tendency to binge hasn't gone away after 4 months of vigilant calorie counting. I keep hoping I will reset my brain, but it hasn't happened yet.

Hopefully I'll have it under control again by the time I weigh in on Friday. Congrats to all who are losing!
