Default Friday Weigh-in Gang, are we dead?

not only i've been away but it seems like no one else from our little gang seems to be posting.

the reason i haven't is i've really fallen off the track so bad that i'm around 220 pounds again and i've been really ashamed of that

darn office life.

once school starts up i'll be able to start over again and i know now what works and what doesn't work for me.

gaining this weight back makes me see what i do that lets me gain it

Heya little lady, I've been thinking of you! I'm glad that you're still kickin' about. Sorry to hear about your weight gain; whatever you do, just keep trying. I know it's hard (oh boy, do I know), but try not to be ashamed. Accept responsibility, and move on and forward. Take advantage of every single bite and meal - take every one as an opportunity and recognize each and every bite and meal as a choice. Be conscious, and be well, and just keep trying. I know you'll get to where you want to be.

As far as our little group, well, I was the only one that was weighing in, so it seemed silly to have a thread devoted only to my weigh-ins, so I stopped. Seems like most folks now use the 'challenge' thread for their weigh-ins (I do too).

If you're game for it, tho, I'd be more than happy to get this going again - even if it's just you and I! I weigh in on Sundays now, but I can just post a couple days late.

I would be willing to post a weekly weigh-in, even though I was never in the last group. Having to account for your weekly loss in front of a group seems to be one of the things that makes weight loss groups effective, so I would love to try it.

Cool. We'll start it up again this Friday.

I'll change my weigh-in day back to Friday; my weight loss has been so erratic as of late that I don't think a day or 2 will much matter. 2 weeks ago I dropped 4 #, after I hadn't lost anything for a month. So I was excited that the plateau was over. Then, last week, I was up a pound despite everything being on track. So I don't really get it. :P

Anyway, I'll be glad to have some Friday weighers (old and new alike) again to share this crazy journey. Until Friday!

Yay, I've lost 8.8 lbs total! Can someone please tell me I have to start waking up early to exercise? lol Also does anyone have a good idea for a mini-goal? I was thinking 20 lbs by Halloween?
