seems i have gone bad and naughty as far as food and exercise is concerned, have not loged in my food or exercised for a while now, and it has come back to hunt me now. i have gained some major weight back, was 124 lbs on Friday, up almost 3 lbs!!! have to get my act together and get back on the wagon again, as a matter of fact, here and now i promise to eat clean today and do my 1 hour treadmill.

Hello everyone, sorry i am late to the party again All i can say is Uggggghhh! Up 2.8 pounds this week. Three lunches out and one major dinner out on Thursday.... time to get serious again!!

Friday Weigh-In Gang Dec. 10th
Hello good people, and happy Friday to you! I took some names of folks I haven't seen post in a long time off this list in the interest of cleaning it up some - certainly not meant to offend anyone.
Well, I rolled my ankle last night (ouch!), so am going to need to take a couple days off exercising (
), and the husband and I are visiting family for a few days next week, so all-in-all I'm a bit nervous about staying on track. My goal is to maintain for the next week or so.
