My vote goes for Farah as she lost 10 pounds and only has 10 pounds left to get to her goal weight! Good work!
I still have a good 40 pounds to go so i assume my weight loss right now is a bit easier than someone close to their healthy weight. I am still obese by my BMI of 31.8.
My wife is at a BMI of 25.3 and after losing 60 pounds now she loses about 1 pound every two weeks so it has slowed dramatically for her.
We are definitely all winners here especially those that log in every week and keep going. We are all going to be super healthy at Christmas 2010 this coming year, what a great present for all of us!
Congrats everyone and lets continue our journey!!

I have a total of well I dont really know? just trying to get down to 10% body fat for my figure competition in October, but very happy cause I lost 4% which brings me to 17% WOO HOO! 10 weeks till comp. and only 7% to go... but I love watching the scale drop but just don't know what my weight will be? just keep each other motivated.
Well, there were some ups and downs for this past week. The ups - I was on vacation and had a great time with my family. The down - I didn't get on line once and log my calories. I watched what I ate and didn't think I did as bad as the scale told me this morning. The other downside, I didn't have a treadmill avaliable so the only exercise I got was a lot slower paced and it showes!! I am glad to keep going on this challenge -- - I am ready to get back to it!!!
Congratulations to all you who had a great week!! Keep up the fantastic work!!!
This program looks good. I understand your mind-set of keeping that set point in your head. I would look completely anorexic at 130.00 but I am overweight right now and just turned 41. I weigh 157 and that is a lot for me. Last year I weighed 148 and looked really good at my age...couple years before that I weighed 132 and looked awful and underweight. No one in my life understands that I was 190 (!) after my twins were born 11 years ago and I never want to return to that unhealthy living again! I have set a really, really reasonable goal for myself of exercise and diet. Looking forward to tracking everyone's success!
Woot, good going, you two!
I'm up a lb. this week. Not really thrilled about it, but life goes on. Had a couple intentional 'treat days,' and didn't go to the gym this past week, but didn't think it would make me gain since I was on plan food-wise 5 out of 7 days and walked a lot. Oh well.
I'm taking a break from the scale for a couple weeks; maybe more. It's been more discouraging than encouraging lately. I'll check in in 2-3 weeks and see where I'm at. Keep on truckin', everyone.
