Default Too much too fast?

Hello I am a 65 year old male that quit smoking in Aug of 2016. Since that time I have gained 38 pounds in 5 months! My question is I have lost a total of 25 pounds in just 6 weeks, is this too much too fast? My goal is to be 190.

Listen to your body. If you are experiencing excessive tiredness you may need to modify your process. Some weight loss may be water, so the loss may fluctuate. That is normal.
