Dark chocolate and weight loss
Hi, I want to lose 13 pounds. I was very heavy before and I managed to lose all those weight through exercise and diet. But the last few pounds are harder than ever. I recently read a blog about how dark chocolates helps in losing weight. My friend also told me that she tried dark chocolatesand lost weight. Is it really true? If yes, How much should I take daily? Should I try that after a meal or on its own?
