My motivation is my husband. When I realized what my health was doing to my odds of living a long life I decided to change my life and do things as healthy as I can. Now I'm obsessed with ab workouts. I use this free one at GodlywoodGirl.com that is a free eBook on ab workouts for beginners.

I have found the new FREE Rachael Meddows Health & Fitness app to be very helpful for my weight loss. I've been listening to a variety of her weight loss hypnosis audiobooks for over the last year or so now. I have recommended her audiobooks to many of my family and friends, and I have yet to have a complaint. I would highly recommend checking out her stuff.
Great video! It's always an excellent thing to be motivated throughout your weight loss quest but without a persistent willingness to persevere until you've finally achieved your weight loss goal, nothing will ever happen. That's the big issue with a lot of people, they get motivated by others, but they fall short when it comes down to actually working on their goal.
My initial motivation was all the clothes that I could no longer get into, from 28's right down to 14's. However, as I have lost weight, I have found that my biggest motivation has been getting rid of the various sizes because they are now too big for me. It is such a wonderful feeling!!! I have just got rid of my size 20's, and fit into my 16's & 18's - absolute bliss!!!!
