I also think 1450 is too low.
Have you thought about increasing your meals per day to 6-7. This will help to mitigate the affects of the caloric restriction you are putting on your body and keep it well fueled. As said previously whole grains, fiber, and protein are your friends. I would say protein supplements are a must. Whey is your best bet during the day and you should follow up with Casein before you go to bed.
