Walking Lunges provide a variety of benefits if they are done correctly. There are many variations of this exercise, which is multi-functional.
Before you start doing walking lunges you have to meet the following rules:
Use caution if you had knee problems in the past. If this exercise you feel intense pain better stop doing this XERCISE is not for you.
Do not add load until you can perform 10 lunges on each leg and walking without pain.
Do not overdo it. Do 3 sets of 20 repetitions with each leg. 2-3 days a week should be sufficient to obtain benefits without causing knee problems.
