As the Mexican Futbol Announcer Screams.....
GOOOAAALLLLLLLL!!!
I hit my goal of 200 this morning. I am feeling great and it nice to accomplish something.
I could never have done it without this site and without the encouragement of my fellow fitdayers.
I actually have a new goal now of 12% BF and that would require me to lose 8 more lbs, but I am going to savour this victory. I am leaving for an Alaskan cruise in a few hours so I might not be able to check in for 8 days. Thanks again everyone for all of the encouragement!

Same Here
That's wonderful, but I figured you had to be male and pretty tall. As a six feet one female my bottom one is 18%, I think. And my goal is so low because I am a double amputee. My normal weight was 165lbs when I was in the military.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for all of the kind words. It was nice to reach goal the day I left for vacation. On the Alaskan cruise I ate like a pig, dranks lots of wine, tequilla and beer and had a great time. Came home stepped on the scale and I gained 7.8 pounds. It was worth it! Back on Fitday to push through to 191.
Man it felt good to sit at the bar on the ship and drink ice cold beer and eat appetizers without obsessing over calorie levels.
Thanks again for the kind words!
Eric
