Looking for help with Atkin's Induction
I have been on the Atkin's induction phase for 13 days now and have been stuck at the same weight for the past 5 days. I have not been consistent with the daily carb count, but always on the very low side. Not too many vegetables at this point, although I just read that I should be getting my carbs mostly via vegetables (12-15, out of 20) on a daily basis. If I add vegetables to my diet, will this make a difference in my induction phase? I plan on adding another week or two, until I can see more results. Any advice for me out there?
