The ten calories per pound is just a rule of thumb and it doesn't take your height into account, which a BMI (body mass index) calculator must do. Your age is also needed to calculate BMI.

In Fitday2, at the screen with 'Home - Dashboard', go to the 'Home - profile' tab and put in your height and weight information, etc. This is what is needed to calculate, in part, your BMI.

Go to the tab next to 'Home,' 'Log,' and go to 'Log - weight.' This is where you put in your current weight (there's an 'edit' button under 'weight') and your goal weight (use the 'edit' button under 'weight goal').

Sorry...

Assuming you're in fitday2:

Did you go to the profile and put in the correct information? Don't try to change anything on the dashboard until your profile information is correct - that's my suggestion but it's the first step. Click on 'Save my profile' at the bottom of the list to save it.
