Coffee?
Hi,
I'm wondering if I can still drink my daily cup of coffee in the a.m. and still lose weight. I can't imagine giving it up right now, but I don't want it to get in the way of my reaching my goals. Can I do this and still lose the weight I want to lose?

Hey!
You could try using green bean coffee extract, its proven to help lose fat.

I have been doing good and I have not given up on coffee. I take mine black so no worries on the sweeteners.
I have cut way back I am down to maybe 4 cups a day for the total days work and just too keep my mind off of getting another cup I sometimes just drink HOT WATER, I know crazy but it helps!
Or green tea which i love too

I had this question from a while your highlight on it helped me actually,But sometimes its like if we go over the top that is what which causes bad effects.So yeah it should be treated in the right way.

Interesting that you should bring up the topic of coffee that is the exact weightloss program I am currently using, to rid myself of fat.
