If you eat fewer calories than you need (that you use with exercise and resting, combined) you will lose weight. If you log the food that you eat every day, you will see how many calories you eat in a day. The tools are there to use.

Well if you eat less calorie consumption than you need (that you use with work out and relaxing, combined) you will shed body weight. If you log the meals that you eat every day, you will see how many calorie consumption you eat in a day. The resources are there to use.

I am also too heavy and following health maintenance activities. I am giving you my opinion that you should also follow some weight loss activity like low carb diet, proper exercise and planning that period of time that how much you have to reduce weight for good health.
